Inspired by the decades of quiet bird watching that have taken place across the woods, shorelines, and prairies of Camp Wandawega, the Wandawega Bird Watching Collection is a study in observation and the objects that support it. Designed to span the visual language of multiple eras, the collection brings together a mix of apparel and small goods—including field-ready shirts, daily-use totes, embroidered badges, enamel pins, a pocket notepad, and official membership cards for the Wandawega Bird Watching Association—each echoing the eclectic design vernacular found in the camp’s archives. At the center of the offering is a limited run of refurbished mid-century Binolux binoculars, restored for continued use in the field.
